Role Summary

Mavenir Systems Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a Lead Customer Engineer. Expected to work with mobile operators to understand the feature requirements and develop acceptance test plan and lead the test execution; find technical workarounds for temporary solutions and coordinate with design and development teams to channelize fixes for bugs and issues. Install and integrate Mavenir's proprietary products such as UAG, IMS, BGCF, TAS, DRA, AGW, HSS and WSG with customers' third party solution products like PCRF, IP-SM-GW, ENUM, MME, PSAP, MRF, AAA and CS network products like GMSC, MGCF/MGW in mobile operator labs and production sites. Coordinate with internal team along with mobile operator's interaction for product delivery, bug fixes and change requests across the various teams; track issues and debug mOne platform. Design and deploy network and architecture for Mavenir's proprietary 4G EPC and 5G core products.

Position requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field (foreign equivalent acceptable) and 5 years of progressively responsible experience or a Master's in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field (foreign equivalent acceptable) and 2 years of experience. The experience that is required must have involved the following: network design, IP planning and application configuration; capacity test planning, test strategy and risk analysis along with designing the scripts; providing root cause analysis, workarounds and bug fixes for issues during integration phase; Supporting end to end production network deployment including solutions design review, validation, testing and operations acceptance for all new or expansion nodes/platforms or services.
