The Integration Engineer is responsible for integrating, administering, monitoring, and maintaining system integrations with internal and external platforms. This position reports to our Manager of Implementations and will be a client-facing role that provides technical guidance to both clients and internal support employees.

What you'll do

  • Manage API integrations with clients and partners
  • Configure sandbox environments to certify partner integrations
  • Create and update integration scope documentation for newly developed API’s
  • Manage Integration projects with Hotel PMS systems
  • Test and vet new hardware solutions used in our product line (for example: Hotel Card Readers, License plate Cameras, Bluetooth devices)
  • Administer corporate network and configure/troubleshoot our product network kits
  • Provide timely responses and interface with clients regarding solutions for both hardware and software needs
  • Collaborate with support and/or product development to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
  •  Pre-Configure Windows PC’s for the purpose of shipping to clients
  • Document hardware/software configurations solutions

What you bring

  • 1+ years of relevant Systems Administration experience
  •  Familiarity with API testing tools (SoapUI and Postman)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft OS’s
  • Strong Networking knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to think “out-of-the-box" and develop creative solutions
  • Ability and desire to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven success in an internal/external customer-facing role
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed client expectations through a focus on quality work at every opportunity
  • Tech enthusiast excited to learn about and become an expert on our products
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

Things that would be nice but not necessary

  • Experience with Circuit Boards and Relays
  • Experience with Trello, Jira, or similar task management tools
  • Project management experience/training
