As part of the XAE team we are passionate about delivering best-in-class visual experiences that enable users to immerse themselves in a new visual future.
You will develop graphics, media, display and imaging solutions for a range of platforms from traditional PCs to high end datacenter servers. GPV is seeking for Graphics Hardware Engineers for Discrete Graphics SOC and Graphics, Media , Display domains.
In this role you will work closely with architects, micro-architects, RTL design, Performance/Power teams and Structural Design experts to come up with efficient chip architecture taking into account physical constraints early in the design cycle. In this position you will help us with the following responsibilities:
- Drive area attainment for entire product portfolio ranging from low power integrated graphics to high end data centers
- Collaborate with architects and micro-architects to improve IP quality in terms of area, power and timing
- Engage with Structural Design to understand timing and congestion bottlenecks and improve micro-architecture
- Require broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Structural Design teams in improving PPA and providing feedback for future IP development.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Educational experience listed below would be obtained through relevant schoolwork, internships, jobs and/or research experience.
Minimum skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of industry experience OR a Master's Degree in the same fields with 6+ months of educational or industry experience.
Your experience should be in any one of the following:
- IP architecture, micro-architecture, RTL design
- IP integration, Synthesis, PNR implementation using Synopsys Fusion Compiler or Cadence Genus/Innovus, STA
Preferred skills and experience:
- Graphics 3D Pipeline
- Computer Architecture
- Programming Skills: TCL / Python

$84,060.00-$126,320.00
