How we’re solving
Path is at the intersection of tech + mental health with thousands of therapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health services delivering care through a virtual first approach. Our platform matches patients with exactly the right person for their needs, whether it’s experience with a certain condition, gender, race, location, life experience, etc.
The Role
People are key to any successful company and we’re looking for a talented engineering manager to help us grow and develop our engineering team. If you are excited by the challenges of creating the right ecosystem for a team of engineers to be their best, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will:
- Grow and develop a team of skilled, motivated engineers with a high capacity for impact
- Help shape the technical direction of Path’s culture, technology and people stacks
- Develop a strong, healthy culture within your team and across Path engineering
- Work closely with Product and Design to develop strategy and roadmap
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering role as an individual contributor, and 3+ of engineering management experience
- Comfort and skill with working in a highly autonomous, collaborative environment
- Comfort and skill in dealing with a lot of ambiguity
- Strong interest in growing and developing talent, specifically in turning “problem-solvers” into “problem-finders”
- Comfort and skill in helping drive technical direction: architecture, performance, resilience
