The Role 


We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer who is interested in eventually becoming a manager within 6-12 months after starting at the company. As part of the Workflows Execution team, you’ll be responsible for the UI that reps use on a daily basis for executing their tasks. Workflows automate how reps know who to contact and when to contact them, allowing them to focus their time on solving customer needs. You’ll be a leader on the team building the next evolution of workflows and giving reps more ways to automate their tasks and stay on top of what they need to do in order to close and win deals.


About the Team 


The mission of the Core Experience - Workflow Execution team is to build tools that help sales reps organize their day and effectively execute and collaborate.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Build a team culture of growth, impact and trust
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to build engaging, simple, intuitive user experiences using the latest web technology
  • Connect with our internal sales team and get instant feedback about the experiences you create
  • Partner with program managers, user researchers, data scientists and engineers to brainstorm solutions and solve customer problems
  • Write technical design documents and architect solutions for complex features with ambiguous requirements
  • Review others work through code reviews and technical design reviews to provide meaningful feedback around code quality, performance, maintainability and testability
  • Be a part of a team where your voice is heard and you have the opportunity to make a real impact

Basic Qualifications

  • Interest in growing into a manager role
  • Experience with complex architecture in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience mentoring or growing an engineering team
  • 10 or more years of experience in front-end development
  • Demonstrated success owning and delivering on problem statements from start to finish
  • History of delivering interactive web experiences using frameworks such as React
  • History of creating, debugging and architecting complex components within single page applications
  • Ability to balance technical limitations and product requirements to deliver quality experience for users
  • Empathy for our users and the curiosity to understand how they work
