The Role

CodeSignal is seeking an Assessment Platform Engineer who is excited to become part of a small team looking to change the way technical hiring is done and help the world #GoBeyondResumes! Our Assessment Platform team is a "bridge" between Content Engineering (the team responsible for creating coding questions) and Product Engineering (the team responsible for the user platform. This is a unique role where you'll work with both sides of the codebase as you collaborate with other engineering team members to integrate high-quality content into our platform. We are looking for somebody who is ready to wear many hats in a highly cross-functional environment, and excited to be a driving force for content creation and user interaction with our platform!

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional, full-time software engineering experience
  • Experience with relevant programming languages, such as TypeScript and Python
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Drive and initiative for getting things done
  • Motivation to learn new things
  • Available to work full-time and live within the U.S. timezones or Yerevan (Armenia)
