Job Description
- Operate and deliver after-sales and managed services to Data Center (IDC) customers
- Coordinate with customers, Service Delivery teams, and relevant stakeholders
- Handle service provisioning and fulfill customer service requests
- Verify and control access authorization for onsite personnel
- Provide Smart Hands support and other in-scope services
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues in the data center environment
- Monitor services to ensure performance and availability
- Conduct environment patrols to maintain order and readiness
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Colocation, or Network is an advantage
- Basic troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- English communication skills are a plus
