Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Dimona is currently seeking applicants for a Process Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and cost, and ensure product quality.
Job Location:
Dimona is located in Southern Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest point on earth.
The factory in Dimona was established in 1986 and has over 1,000 employees.

What you will be doing:
Monitor and improve production processes in line with product specifications and quality standards.
To identify and analyze process issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
To create and maintain production documentation, such as standard operating procedures and work instructions.
To collaborate with other departments, such as Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development, to ensure smooth production processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
To train and mentor production and maintenance teams on new processes and equipment.
Run engineering experiments to qualify new process, raw materials and equipment
Perform statistical analysis for change validation
What will you bring along:
Bachelor's degree in Machinery / Electronics Engineering or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in process engineering or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good statistics knowledge
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
English – high level (speak, write)
