Job Responsibilities
Design, Develop and Operate the monitoring system, automate tools, and services to support FBB & WiFi IP core network planning & operation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of new service & technologies into existing system.
Regular analysis of the infrastructure service availability, performance to support the incident investigation, root cause analysis, and improvement.
Perform platform optimization, cost optimization, and security improvements (patching, tuning, or integrating security scanning tool) and perform security testing.
