processes.

capable of handling complete incoming quality related to
the Vehicle & battery Line.
- Fundamental
knowledge of Electric vehicles and associated experience is desirable.
Preferred (additional skills that would be a plus):
-Fundamental knowledge of Electric vehicles and associated experience
is desirable.
Technical Tools : (Please add the tools/platforms

-APQP Core tools; IATF 16949; IPC 610 Standards.
-PLM, MES, SAP, Odoo, Polyworks
Statistical and Reliability evaluation tools
Education:
Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering, or a related
field.

Effective communication skills are vital for collaborating with team members,
conveying technical information, and presenting findings to stakeholders. This
includes both verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Problem-Solving
Abilities: Need strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues,
identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions. They should be able to
approach problems with a logical and analytical mindset.

- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience working in high-volume electric vehicle assembly plants
- Exposure to advanced manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage complete incoming quality activities for vehicle and battery lines
- Knowledge of CMM operation and dimensional inspection
- Knowledge of CMM software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of APQP Core Tools, IATF 16949, and IPC 610 standards
- Fundamental knowledge of electric vehicles and related experience
- Experience with PLM, MES, SAP, Odoo, PolyWorks, or statistical and reliability evaluation tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
