Perform end-to-end procurement: issue RFQs, evaluate bids, place purchase orders, and manage suppliers. Coordinate with engineering and project teams on technical specs, prepare techno-commercial comparisons, negotiate pricing and delivery, monitor supplier performance, maintain procurement documentation/MIS, and ensure ISO and statutory compliance while supporting cost-reduction and continuous improvement efforts.
