Job Description
The responsibility of the incumbent is to coordinate and lead technical Teams and be responsible for meeting Infrastructure development schedules and ensuring the delivery of solutions while working with Teams and standing in or reporting to Line Manager.
Responsible for Leading Capacity management Planning and Report as well as drive analyses on the sustainability and optimal operation of a service(s) and infrastructure. Responsible for coordinating for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Provide and manage technical and systems support to internal customers and technical management to ensure conformity with business needs. Provides leadership for less experienced technical staff and works to resolve complex support requests which have been escalated for technical support. Coordinate and manage initiatives assigned to the Engineering Team that is part of the SBN or Group Strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Information Technology or related (min)
Additional Information
3-4 years: Experience and understanding of digital platforms enabling other value streams teams to deliver with substantial autonomy (platforms as a product).
3-4 years: Experience in understanding integration of digital and eCommerce sales growth around products, solutions and go-to market plans. Experience in the development, design and enablement of Digital and eCommerce value propositions that work for Personal and Private Banking clients. Strong understanding of digital, open banking and platform integration into a segment. Experience in leading, integrating and delivering client solutions through multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff.
- Providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for all Operating System technologies and unified product offerings.
- Deliver solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of Platform technologies.
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
