Position Details: 

  • The practices are to repair and inspect Masimo products
  • Receive calls from dealer/distributor relative to the complaint their customers are facing 
  • Take actions to solve for unresolved problems, common problems and product problem such like test, approach headquarter escalation co-working with QA/QC and product marketing team
  • Responsible of the calibration and maintenance activities of local testing equipment & tools
  • Communicate with our global counterparts maily via emails 
  • Support manager whenever needed

Qualifications: 

  • Fluent in local language
  • Must be conversant in basic English (read, write, speak)
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Devices’ Technical support or Field Service experience

Preferred

  • Medical device experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, UNIX (Solaris) and Linux operating systemsred
  • Extensive knowledge of networking using TCP/IP protocol in Enterprise environment
  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent
  • Depth Network knowledge and experience preferred
  • Basic electrical and electronic engineering knowledge (hardware) preferred
