您将会履行：
依据故障描述和系统信息，精准判断并筛选出需要更换的正确零部件
协助管理零部件数据库，确保信息的准确性和实时性，为采购部门提供清晰、无误的采购依据
定期进行归纳总结并管理和优化内部知识库，将处理过的技术案例转化为标准化的知识文档、技术指南和Q&A
作为技术信息的枢纽，与销售、售后、产品研发、质量保证及采购等多个部门保持紧密沟通，推动复杂问题的闭环解决
清晰、准确、简洁地将复杂的技术语言转化为内部同事易于理解的操作指令
希望您具备：
机械、电子、自动化、计算机等相关专业的本科或以上学历，具备工程图纸解读与分析能力。有机械制图、机械设计以及加工等基础知识优先
具备优秀的学习能力，能快速消化产品技术资料
卓越的逻辑思维与问题解决能力
良好的沟通与协同能力，具备出色的客户服务意识，能耐心、清晰地沟通
英语CET-4级或同等水平以上，具备良好的技术文献阅读与写作能力
责任心强，具备良好的抗压性与适应性
有学生会、社团或项目经验，曾负责组织、协调或问题解决工作优先
对数据分析感兴趣，善于使用Excel, VBA, Python和SQL等工具处理信息优先

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, electronics, automation, computer science, or a related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings
- Strong learning ability and capacity to quickly understand product technical documentation
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- CET-4 English proficiency or equivalent, with technical reading and writing ability
- Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and adaptability
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drafting, mechanical design, and machining
- Student organization, club, or project experience involving organization, coordination, or problem-solving
- Interest in data analysis and ability to use Excel, VBA, Python, and SQL
