JOB DUTIES & TASKS:
- Drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets are met and product quality meets customer expectations.
- Work on optical alignment process, and work closely with R&D to support new product transfer starting from NPI through full-scale production.
- Transfer, install, set up and verify the process equipment.
- Manufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in production.
- Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.
- Provide Technical and failure analysis of process to drive for stability yield, and cost improvement.
- Continuous improvement with Kaizen activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc or higher in Science/Engineering Field
- 3-5+ years experience in experience in electronics or optical products.
- Understand basic use of fiber optic and electrical measurement equipment.
- Understand and familiar with manufacturing process control tools and method such as SPC, DFM, FMEA, etc.
- Experience in Optical Manufacturing/Fiber optics handling will be a plus.
- Experience in optical instrument system design, setup, and system validation will be a plus.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English/Thai).
- Ability to perform basic statistical analysis using JMP/Excel or other tools.
- Flexibility in work hours to support either early morning or evening conference calls with North America.
- Demonstrate that you can work within a team environment.
