Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to Engineering Manager or Sr. Manager to drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets are met and product quality meets customer expectations.
- Work closely with R&D to support accelerated new product transfer starting from NPI (New Product Introduction) through full-scale production.
- Transfer, install, set up and verify the process equipment and processes until completely release to production.
- Manufacturing process and tooling design, installation, verify buy-off and release to production.
- Manufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in production.
- Create manufacturing documents such as work instruction, control sample builds, optimization, and complete transfer into mass production.
- Collaborate with different functions as manufacturing engineering representative function.
- Technical solution of process and product to drive for production yield, productivity, and cost improvement.
- To support problem solving on moderate scope and complexity.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering or above in telecommunication, electrical, electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in experience in in product or process engineer in optical or electronics products.
- Experience and hands on experience in optical/ electronics process and equipment of assembly process or backend process (test process) and if have experience of optical process are preferred.
- Understand and familiar with manufacturing process control tools and method such as SPC, DFM, FMEA, 8D report etc.
- Good command in English communication reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong interest in solving difficult problems.
- Strong data analytical skills, Initiative-taking, goal oriented, task driven collaborator.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Thai.
