Responsibilities• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality features aligned with business needs.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver iterative, high-quality software solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and documentation.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques for programming tasks such as code generation, refactoring, debugging, test case creation, and documentation automation
Qualifications• 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET 6+).
• Experience with Angular (version 8 or above).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript). • Experience in building and consuming Web APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day development workflows.
• Ability to craft effective prompts for code generation, optimization, testing, and problem-solving (Prompt Engineering for software development).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of application security best practices (OWASP, secure coding).
• Experience in performance tuning and scalability optimization.
• Exposure to AI-enabled development workflows and productivity measurement practices.
