• Develop & enhance small web/desktop utilities used on the shop floor (e.g., .NET services or simple UIs in Angular/React) to integrate with MES and other enterprise systems.
• Integrate hardware & “smart” devices—cameras, PLCs, and sensors—through well‑defined interfaces and services.
• Support MES/host‑automation workflows: help author test cases, execute SIT/UAT on kitting, assembly, and test flows, and log/triage issues with IT and business owners.
• Build data pipeline (basic SQL queries/APIs) to validate data integrity between tools, apps, and MES models; document mappings and dependencies.
• Extend low‑code apps/flows (Power Apps/Power Automate) used by Smart Systems for request intake and status tracking.
• Write clear engineering notes and runbooks so changes can be repeated and supported by the next engineer on shift.
