BorgWarner PowerDriveSystems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Test Engineer at the BorgWarner DTC LLC.

Key Accountabilities:

New test engineer will conduct the project validation, especially Stator, eMotor validation and the engineer also will conduct electric characteristics test work. And the engineer will conduct calibration work for maintenance of the test equipment.

    • Test completed sample teardown and inspection include electric characteristics test

  • eMotor Validation
    • Validation test Plan, schedule management and test conduct
    • Test completed sample teardown and inspection include electric characteristics test
    • Validation test Report
  • Quality validation
    • eMotor and stator electric characteristics test
    • Quality issue support
• Calibration Works
  • eMotor performance Dyno calibration – Yearly
  • Inverter durability test bench calibration – Yearly
  • DTC Lab measurement equipment calibration – Yearly
• Proto buyer
  • Temporarily handling SAP PO and MIGO tasks until the Proto Buyer position is filled

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher
• Experience working in a test-related field
• Good Knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive, proactive, result-oriented and team-oriented
• Good social skill and relationship for teamwork and organization
• Thorough and proactive mindset, challenge to self-development and competency improvement
• Fluency in English is recommended
