Role Description
We are seeking a BI professional with expertise in Qlik (Sense & NPrinting) Admin skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining Qlik Platform that provides valuable insights from various data sources. In this role:
You will be part of the DWS BI & Reporting Core Platform team; support overall BI road maps and contribute to strategic improvements of services with a strong focus on creating valuable insights.
You will work with internal teams to formulate the BI Platform & understand Business Users requirements for their analytical problems, independently design solutions, perform validation and integration with various applications (including internal/external data sources), and provide ongoing support on existing BI dashboards & reports.
You will ensure compliance with process-related, functional and technical specifications and the fulfillment of all quality-related requirements, such as documentation, in the developed solutions.

Your key responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense & Tableau
Connect and integrate Qlik with various data sources such as Hadoop, Oracle, SQL Server, APIs, and External Cloud Platforms
Optimize BI applications for performance and scalability
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Implement security and access control within Qlik & Tableau environment
Troubleshoot and support production issues in a timely manner
Your skills and experience
10+ years of relevant BI experience
Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense & Tableau
Proficiency in scripting & designing complex dashboardsExperience working with Big Data Hadoop and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server etc.)
Ensure that development follows best practices, including data modelling, data governance, data security, and performance optimization.
QMC experience on creating tasks, triggers, scheduling and publishing apps.
Experience in setting up multi-node Tableau as well as Qlik Site (installation and configuration of multi node).
Monitoring the jobs that are in production and taking necessary action when there are any issues.
Worked on Qlik NPrinting module for designing and implementing various schedule & on-demand reporting templates.
Experience working on migration projects like Qlik to Tableau
Hands‑on experience designing and operating highly available BI production platforms (Qlik, Tableau)
Strong technical foundation, including advanced SQL, performance tuning, and experience with modern data platforms and data interaction frameworks (e.g. Snowflake; Streamlit a plus)
Familiarity with Qlik extensions, mashups, and integration via APIs
Experience with cloud platforms and deploying dashboards in a cloud environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exposure to other BI tools like Cognos BI, SAP BO, Power BI etc.
Knowledge of Python & R will be an advantage
Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and DevOps processes
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in BI Tools like Qlik or Tableau.
GCP Certified.
Experience in deploying analytics solutions on-prim or cloud environments.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps processes.
