Lead production by resolving material problems & software related

• Improve product yield & quality

• Support new product / variation / ECO activities

• Initiative & drive cost reduction issues

• Participate in employee involvement team

• Improve customer satisfaction and reduce linepull / warrantly to meet target

• Special projects

• Modify & debug test software (if applicable)

• Ensure all prints meet the revision

• Establish FA capability in Lab for product to meet level 2 component

• Lead in change management process

• Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience (Electrical Engineering)

• With project management experience in new product start-up (multi-

task)

• Pro-active approach to solve unanticipated process

issue/problems during builds.

• Require constant monitoring on design development or customer

requirement to meet process quality.
