Job Description
Summary:
Rockwell Automation's Salesforce enables Software and Service contracts and renewal process and is a critical application for company's digital transformation to enable annual recurring revenue.
As an experienced and passionate member of an agile capability team you will deploy leading edge engineering and product configuration solutions to deliver value to our customers. The team uses multiple technologies including Azure cloud to provide these new solutions.
Your Responsibilities:- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 yrs of experience as a Salesforce developer
- 3+ years of experience in Service cloud
- You report to Manager
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with other business systems, such as ERP or billing platforms.
- Knowledge of middleware tools like MuleSoft or Salesforce Integration Cloud.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- 3+ years of experience in Case Management & Knowledge management.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
