Job DescriptionTo lead,drive execution of Agile Release Train (ART) processes,monitor, control,manage dependencies, resolve,remove impediments, mitigating risks across the ART. Drive continuous improvement to assure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery,overall program increment. Promote Lean-Agile transformation, influencing, coaching leaders,teams in the new processes, mindsets,adapt Agile frameworks to organisation, standardising practices leading to Enterprise agility.
