Job Description
- Quantity Surveying-Extracting quantity from drawings, review of drawings.
- Billing- Checking bills for inaccuracy and deviations when submitted from site. Preparing consolidated bill of quantities for projects.
- Cost Analysis-Prepare cost estimates and track deviation.
- Rate Analysis- Doing rate analysis of civil activities and estimation of construction project.
- Store & Material Reconciliation with actual progress.
- Resource Planning & Scheduling- Preparing and tracking
- Reports-To check quality reports/track progress/timelines/schedules.
Key Skills Needed
- BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 3+ years’ experience in residential building projects.
- Should have working knowledge of taking out quantities from drawings
- Should have working knowledge of AutoCAD (BIM-optional but preferrable) for calculation purposes
CTC
- Upto Rs. 4 lakhs to 6 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
- Corporate health insurance
