Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Manufactura o afín.
Experiencia mínima con clientes de 3 a 5 años, preferentemente dentro de la industria automotriz.
Conocimiento y experiencia en normativas IATF 16949, ISO 9001 y VDA.
Manejo de herramientas de calidad, acciones correctivas (APQP, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Whys, Core Tools, etc).
Experiencia en auditorías internas y resolución de problemas de calidad.
Manejo de software de calidad (Minitab, SAP QM u otros).
Nivel de inglés avanzado para interacción con cliente.
Habilidades clave:
Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en resolución de problemas.
Capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
Atención al detalle y orientación a la mejora continua.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or related field
