Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies to ensure the production of high-quality industrial filters. Opportunity to support the build out of the local facility in the next years by embedding quality processes from the start.
- ISO9001 Compliance: Lead efforts to maintain and enhance the company's ISO9001 certification. Ensure that all quality management system requirements are met and continuously improved.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the manufacturing and quality control processes. Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain high-quality standards for raw materials and components. Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

- Quality Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) in-line with the global Donaldson standards to measure and report on quality performance. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting areas of improvement and compliance.
- Customer Feedback Management: Oversee the handling of customer feedback and complaints, using Donaldson's CAPA 8D tool, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and standards, ensuring the company's compliance with relevant requirements.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degrees or higher in mechanical engineering.
Technical Competence & Skills:
- At least 10 years in the industry, 5 years in same position
- Familiar with sheet metal fabrication related process, laser cutting, bending, welding, punching.
- Well welding related quality control background, know well about global quality standard, CWI certificated will be perfect.
- Good at painting quality control process and metal surface pretreatment process. NACE certificated will be perfect.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Demonstrated quality management & leadership experience in complex and strategic programs in a manufacturing and distribution company
