We are currently seeking an Engineer – Project Management, to join our Project Management team based in MMY Dahej, Gujarat.

About the role:
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration
- with senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensures project execution within time, budget and QHSES requirements by allocating
- resources, managing risks/opportunities and changes.
- Collaborate with Clients, Engineering, Procurement/Sourcing and
- Manufacturing/Operations towards compliant and timely execution of Work orders.
- Develop full‐scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Ensures timely internal and external reporting.
- Preparation of Work Break‐down Structure, L1/ L2/ L3/ L4 schedules.
- Draft and submit budget proposals for execution of the project and recommend
- subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Change Order Management
- Co‐ ordinate among project team members on technical matters & Interface with
- Vendor/client and fabrication team
- Coordination and regulating various meetings meeting like Manufacturing kick off
- meeting, Project progress review meetings and Pre‐inspection meetings.
- Preparing Dispatch instruction for jobs & co‐ordination with Logistics department for
- dispatch of goods to customer site.
Must Have:‐
- Good communication skill/ Inter‐Personal skills & be a good team player.
- Excellent negotiation skill, able to manage the claims / change requests.
- Working knowledge in MS office, MS‐Project, Primavera, Internet, ERP system.
- Good Knowledge of Fabrication/Manufacturing processes of any of the following‐
- Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Heater/Reformers, Structural Steel & Piping.
Starting Date: June 2026
About you:
- B.E/ B. Tech‐ 8+ years’ Experience in related field.
- Work Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Good Communication skills/ Inter‐Personal skills
- Good at MS Excel/Power Point/ MS‐Project/ Primavera
- Knowledge of Fabrication/Manufacturing processes ‐Work flow
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Spends most of time in a temperature-controlled office environment. If required shall go to site deputation/international deputation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Frequent sitting and operating a computer. Fast paced atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant change.
