You assist in planning, developing and execution of capital projects, technical development, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in the supply chain and capital-expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You help ensure sure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz standards in execution are followed.
How you will contribute
The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.

- B.S - Engineering
- P.Eng license (or working towards) preferred

- Knowledge of local regulations, codes and standards as applicable
- Certifications relevant to project management are considered advantageous
Job specific requirements:
- 2 - 5+ years project management experience is required on small to medium scale CAPEX projects.
- Experience leading and leveraging cross functional project teams to drive project outcomes is essential.
- Demonstrated success in the project management cycle.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and situational changes.
Travel requirements:
- Infrequent travel as required (e.g. for vendor site visits, factory acceptance tests)
Work schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, reporting to the Hamilton Confectionary facility, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
- Occasional flexibility in work times may be required (e.g. interacting with OEMs in different time zones, supervising off shift/weekend/holiday installations)
Salary and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $76,800 to $96,000 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
