Job Description
- Analysis of the focal points for process rejects, machine downtimes and product defects.
- Derive concrete measures and projects on the causes of process rejects, machine downtimes and product defects.
- Independent implementation of concrete measures and projects for the optimization of the processes used in ongoing production. This is done from a manufacturing and process engineering point of view from a qualitative and economic point of view.
- Planning, initiating and monitoring equipment sampling in order to achieve the plan data as well as carrying out tests for cycle time reduction, function improvement, process development, and quality optimization.
- Testing, proposing and implementation of new production processes and systems, taking into account operational requirements as well as qualitative and economic aspects
- Creation of FMEA, test plans and reports as part of the above-mentioned process optimizations, operational trials, feasibility studies or changes.
- Implementation of change control procedures for technical or product changes
- Sub-project management for investment and industrialization projects. Responsible for the preparation of the specifications and investment applications. Participation in the design and responsibility for the installation and commissioning.
- Preparation of the product development process of new products (e.g. planning and evaluation of test orders for process and product development, equipping the lines with new format sets, process approvals, development and qualification of manufacturing processes).
- Preparation of technical documents (technical notes, maintenance plans, operating instructions, training documents)
- Contact person for complaint processing. Carrying out root cause analyses. Introduction of corrective measures.
- Implementation of planned requalification on production plants and control systems.
- Comprehensive technical advice on technical projects
- Instructing and training production employees on equipment and processes.
