Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or relevant field of study preferred
Work Experiences:
- 3+ years of IBM Sterling OMS implementation and support experience
- Hands-on experience with the IBM Sterling Order Management platform
- Hands-on experience with Sterling Web SOM preferred
- Experience in integrating Order Management system with Commerce platforms and enterprise applications
Skills:
- Sterling Order Management development and customization experience
- Sterling Web store experience customizing the store functionality
- Design and develop solutions using Agile SDLC process
- Collaborate with product teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver results quickly and efficiently
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
