Engineer - New Graduates who can join April 2027 (2027年4月入社　新卒採用）

The Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated to work as Engineer in our Yonezawa manufacturing site with long term prospective. The Entegris Leadership Development Program(ELDP) is a rotational program for selected fresh college graduates to rotate through functional roles in common core areas of the business. Entegris supports an Engineering track that cycles through product, manufacturing, and quality/R&D rotations. Candidate who joins this program is expected to become leader in Engineering positions in future. 

米沢製造拠点において、長期的な視野を持ち、エンジニアとして働く意欲の高い方を募集しています。Entegris Leadership Development Program（ELDP）は、選抜された新卒者を対象に、事業の中核領域におけるエンジニアの役割をローテーションで経験するローテーション・プログラムです。Entegrisは、製品、製造、品質／研究開発の各部門を循環的に経験するエンジニアリング部門を支援しています。このプログラムに参加した候補者は、将来、エンジニアリング部門のリーダーとなることが期待されます。

In this role you will: 

• To gain experience as Engineer in 3 positions. In Each rotation is a 12-month duration, and the program lasts for a total of three years.  

• To work with project in each positions. 

• You will be assigned engineering position after 3 years and focus there. 

• 3つのポジションでエンジニアとしての経験を積むことができます。各ローテーションは12ヶ月間、合計3年間のプログラムです。
• 各ポジションでプロジェクトに携わります。
• 3年後にはエンジニアのポジションに配属され、そのポジションに専念していただきます。

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• To have high motivation to build career as Engineer for manufacturing.  

• To have high interest to Semiconductor industry and our business product. 

• Studying Chemistry or Mechanical System Engineering is preferred. Engineering study is Must.  

• 製造業のエンジニアとしてキャリアを築く強い意欲があること。
• 半導体業界および当社の事業製品に高い関心を持っていること。
• 化学または機械システム工学を専攻していることが望ましい。工学系の学位は必須

Language Proficiency: 

Japanese language – Business Fluency, proficiency in conducting daily conversation within site 
English language - TOEIC score of 500 or above, proficiency in conducting web meetings in English. 

日本語：ビジネスレベルの流暢さ、サイト内での日常会話が可能。

英語：TOEIC 500点以上、英語でのウェブ会議等で発言が可能。
