Job Description:

This role focuses on technical engineering for cloud network technologies, working closely with various teams and managed service partners to design, implement, and support cloud network infrastructure. It requires expertise in network operations, cloud networking, automation, and incident management within a 24x7 operational environment.

Role and collaboration: The engineer works under the Cloud, CNF & DC Network Supervisor, collaborating with network architects, automation teams, security, and global IT teams to manage cloud network technologies and services. 
Key responsibilities: Responsibilities include providing level 4 break-fix solutions, incident and problem management, root cause analysis, vendor coordination, emergency changes implementation, and supporting project planning and strategy execution. 
Required skills and experience: Candidates should have broad network knowledge with automation skills, experience with Terraform for cloud networking, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, good communication, and a proactive mindset. 
Qualifications: The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 3 years in 24x7 operations, automation experience, strong analytical skills, and flexibility for on-call duties.  ITIL and advanced networking certifications and certifications in Terraform, AWS, or Azure cloud networking are preferred.
