Role and Responsibilities include but not limit to below :
- Manage subcon NPI KPI – NPI Builds On Time Start hit rate, OTD delivery attainment rate, NPI Cycle Time Improvement and aged Inventory management.
- Monitor and track progress of NPI lots incoming to subcon, and review factors which affect NPI schedules
- Communicate NPI priority call out build schedules to the related NPI stakeholders while there is capacity/resource constraint
- Weekly Review NPI FCST, NPI Build Plan, MAD Backlog and subcon commit status
- Identify and initiate corrective actions to recurring root causes that cause missed schedules
- Find creative ways to resolve problems and do labor productivity project to enhance NPI Business Process
