您将会履行：
参与新产品的开发和迭代更新项目，进行暖通空调（HVAC）产品的概念设计和技术选型，并制定详细3D设计/2D图纸/物料清单（BOM）
参与新产品样机试制、技术验证及相关测试工作，协助跟踪和整理测试结果
根据样机和测试的反馈，改进设计方案
完成工程设计变更、图纸更新及相关技术文件维护
参与产品在成本、可靠性和能效等方面的持续改进工作
与团队成员及相关职能部门进行沟通协作，支持项目和日常工程工作的开展
支持产品的持续改进以及工作流程的持续优化，具备创新意识。
希望您具备：
机械设计、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
对机械结构设计、加工、装配等方向有兴趣，具备良好的学习意愿和钻研精神
具备扎实的机械制图、机械设计及加工等专业基础知识
具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，能够进行基本工作沟通并阅读英文技术资料，通过CET6者优先
具备一定的问题分析能力、创新意识和动手能力
熟悉至少一种主流三维设计软件，具备Creo使用经验者优先
具备基础的公差分析、力学分析能力
有机械设计、加工、装配、测试或相关项目/实习经验者优先
具备VBA、Python、C++或C等编程能力者优先
具有团队合作精神、良好的组织沟通协作能力以及抗压能力。

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Interest in mechanical structural design, machining, and assembly
- Fundamental knowledge of mechanical drafting, mechanical design, and machining
- English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills sufficient for basic workplace communication and reading technical materials
- Problem-solving, innovation, and hands-on skills
- Familiarity with at least one mainstream 3D design software
- Basic tolerance analysis and mechanics analysis skills
- Teamwork, organization, communication, collaboration, and ability to work under pressure
- CET6 certification
- Experience with Creo
- Experience in mechanical design, machining, assembly, testing, or related projects or internships
- Programming skills in VBA, Python, C++, or C
