Lead industrialization of new Pinheader and Mechatronics Package products. Develop manufacturing processes, automatic assembly lines, tooling, and end-of-line testers; troubleshoot product and process issues; maintain Bills of Process and audit documentation; coordinate with engineering, quality, automation, tooling, suppliers, and cross-functional teams; support qualification and PPAP activities; and train team members.

Provide training to team members.

Work with quality team for qualification of part and process . Support PPAP activities
