ProSync is seeking a passionate Engineer IV to support U.S. Navy programs and provide engineering support to a U.S. Navy customer, assisting with system development, analysis, documentation, and testing. This role supports technical teams working on modernization and sustainment activities across naval mission areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Engineer IV serves as a senior technical leader supporting engineering, modernization, and sustainment activities for a U.S. Navy customer.

Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:

  • Lead complex engineering studies and assessments.
  • Develop senior‑level technical artifacts and engineering documentation.
  • Oversee test planning, design reviews, and technical evaluation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to Navy stakeholders.
  • Mentor engineering teams and support technical decision-making.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Navy technical environments.
  • A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A Master's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
