Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking an Engineer III to join our exciting Engineering team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award wining team, while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company!

What you will do

• Handle preventative maintenance of all Jacuzzi, Pool and Fountain equipment and update appropriate logs

• Maintain the proper chemical levels and perform all required test for Pool, Jacuzzis, water fountains, water analysis and update appropriate logs

• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner

• Respond to all Resort /Building emergency conditions including Pool or Spa water contamination or Chemical imbalances

• Clean and organize storage areas at Spa pump room, Pool pump room, chemical storage cage

• Maintaining stock pars for all Pool, Spa and Fountain parts and supplies

• Support the installation or relocation of any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary

• Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel

• Support the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and of electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups

• Fork lift operation

What you bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• CPO certification to be obtained within 12 Months of start date
• One year of employment in a Four Seasons Hotel or in the Hospitality Industry or a maintenance organization
• Requires a basic knowledge of general building maintenance
• Entry level position, skills and knowledge are expected to increase over a period of 12 months
• Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job or through a series of professional certifications
• Requires knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment.
• Ability to read, speak and write English
• Ideally the candidate would have Learned and developed and be ready to move to the next level Engineer II within 2 – 3 Years
