Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex Salesforce implementations and integrated systems.
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to identify testing scope, risks, and quality objectives.
- Validate Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Drive end-to-end testing activities including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing support.
- Lead defect management activities, ensuring accurate documentation, root cause analysis, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and reusable automation assets using the TOSCA Automation Framework.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive automation adoption to improve test coverage, efficiency, and release quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to test environments, automation execution, and integrated systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior QA engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Participate in test estimation, release planning, risk assessments, and quality reviews.
- Define and track quality metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve product quality and testing effectiveness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging QA tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with increasing responsibility in enterprise application testing.
- Strong experience testing Salesforce applications, including customizations, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Advanced understanding of software QA methodologies, testing processes, and SDLC/Agile practices.
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA Automation Framework, including framework design, maintenance, and optimization.
- Proven experience developing and executing automated test solutions for enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of API, integration, and end-to-end business process testing.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead testing efforts, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and influence quality best practices across projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications or experience working in Salesforce-centric environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, and modern software architectures.
