Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in creating safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environments for guests and team members? We are looking for a dedicated Engineer II to join our Engineering & Maintenance team!
As part of the family, you’ll play a key role in keeping our property operating smoothly while delivering the warm, reliable hospitality we’re known for.
What You’ll DoAs our Engineer II, you will:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Complete daily work orders promptly and effectively
-
Assist with property improvement projects and equipment installations
-
Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests with urgency and professionalism
-
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, local codes, and brand standards
-
Support the Engineering team in maintaining a clean and organized workshop
-
Respond to emergency situations as needed

2+ years of experience in hotel engineering, maintenance, facilities, or a related field

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly

Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on-call when required
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed
Bonus if you have:

Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in hotel engineering, maintenance, facilities, or a related field
- Working knowledge of electrical systems
