About the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Engineer to join our Global Technology Service team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical support experiences using remote tools, helping colleagues begin and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure.

What You’ll Do- Provide remote support to internal users via phone, chat, email, video, or remote tools
- Solve and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues
- Raise critical or sophisticated incidents to senior engineers as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation of tickets and resolutions
- Follow and improve standardized processes and knowledge base articles
- Ensure end-user satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up
- Give to ongoing improvements by identifying process gaps
- Support training and onboarding of users on IT tools and platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely support
- Stay informed on new technologies and internal system updates
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environments
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with VPN, remote access tools, and network basics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in working independently and multi-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform
- ITIL Foundation certification
- A+ or Network+ certification
- Apple Certified
- Cisco CCNA
- Diagnosing and resolving PC and application issues
- Supporting Active Directory, VPN, wireless connectivity, and network access
- Installing software and supporting peripheral devices
- Maintaining and improving kbs articles
- Coordinating with vendors or internal teams for equipment/service dispatch
