Position Description
We are looking for an outstanding Engineer II, Systems Infrastructure to join our team in Heredia. This exceptional opportunity will enable you to work with advanced infrastructure systems, ensuring flawless operation and continuous improvement. You will identify effective solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and successfully implement innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with other engineers to develop and deploy new technologies
- Ensure system security and data integrity
- Maintain detailed documentation of systems and procedures
- Provide technical support and training to users
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar role
- Proven knowledge of networking, VPN, and remote access tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to changing technologies and client needs
- B2+ English Level. Fluent in English written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Certification
- A+ Certification
- Network+ Certification
- Certified Apple Support Technician
- Cisco CCNA Certification
