Job Summary: As an Engineer II in Implementation Development, you will be instrumental in the deployment and integration of software solutions that meet our organizational needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure smooth implementation processes. This role demands a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will optimize implementation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design, develop, and customize software solutions to meet specific business needs. Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices. Implementation and Integration: Manage the deployment of software solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes. Coordinate with IT and operational teams to execute implementation plans and timelines. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support during and after implementation, addressing any issues that arise. Troubleshoot software problems and work with development teams to resolve them efficiently. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and implementation workflows. Document issues and solutions to enhance future implementation processes. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in implementation processes and propose actionable solutions. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance implementation strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure alignment on project goals. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and project status. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Experience: • 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, development, or a related field. • Proven experience with software development methodologies and practices. Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data integration techniques.
