We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS to support and enhance our cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with the Cloud Architecture team to implement scalable, secure, and automated solutions aligned with established designs. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure as code, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting CI/CD workflows. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AWS services, automation tools, and cloud security, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. How you will make an impact:
• Responsible for managing support tickets and addressing user inquiries via phone
• Troubleshooting system errors, documenting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system performance
• Performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues
• Write automation scripts and debug/troubleshoot cloud loads to meet various business requirements
• Develop cloud solutions in partnership with architects
• Explore and research on new techniques for Cloud Design and Automation
• Translate technical details from customers' requirements and present evaluation to technical leads

What you'll need (Requirements):
• Bachelor's Degree in technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management System)
• 3 years of related experience Required
• Experience with best of Breed Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure and Software solutions
What else we look for:
• Proficient in English
• Participate in day-to-day operations including incident management, service requests, change management, and proactive monitoring. Monthly Patching and Maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of AWS IaaS components such as EC2 (Virtual Machines), VPC (Virtual Private Cloud), and S3 (Storage), AWS FSX, Lambda (Serverless Computing), and RDS (Managed Databases).
• Familiar with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation, including deployment of Docker containerized
• Troubleshooting skills for complex issues across AWS infrastructure, Windows servers and Linux servers.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to accelerate operational tasks and reduce human error.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Experience executing tasks under the supervision of a senior technical lead
• Ability to write scripts in Python
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
