Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4 to 8 years experience as Windows/Cloud Support Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Windows infrastructure and Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, hybrid identity
- Experience with Azure networking: VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints, VPNs, ExpressRoute
- Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices (including reusable modules)
- Scripting experience in PowerShell and Bash and working knowledge of ARM templates
- Experience designing and maintaining monitoring/observability using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Experience deploying, administering, and supporting Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to perform root cause analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams; provide on-call support
- Azure Certification AZ-104
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
