We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Engineer II - Windows Server & Network Administrator to join our Infrastructure Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows-based server environments, cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and enterprise networking technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient network operations across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) across on-premises and Azure cloud platforms.
- Manage core Windows infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPOs), file services, and related enterprise technologies.
- Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability while proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
- Support Azure cloud resources, hybrid infrastructure, and virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix environments.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity services.
- Perform network administration activities including VLAN management, routing, switching, wireless networking, and firewall policy management.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across server, storage, virtualization, cloud, and network layers using appropriate monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Participate in incident, problem, change, and disaster recovery processes to ensure operational stability and business continuity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and infrastructure diagrams, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
- Provide after-hours or on-call support as required to maintain critical infrastructure services.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022) in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Windows infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPOs), file services, and security administration.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure services, hybrid infrastructure, virtual machines, networking, and resource management.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix (Preferred).
- 2-3+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise networking environments, including switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, VLANs, and TCP/IP networking.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows servers, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and network layers.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, patch management, security best practices, and operational support processes.

- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Windows & Network Administrator supporting on-premises and cloud environments.

- Scripting experience in PowerShell and Bash and working knowledge of ARM templates
- Experience designing and maintaining monitoring/observability using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Experience deploying, administering, and supporting Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to perform root cause analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams; provide on-call support
