Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise identity and access solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. This role demands expertise in identity lifecycle management, access controls, and directory services, with a strong focus on enabling secure, scalable, and compliant access to enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in strengthening identity-first security and ensuring efficient access governance across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
- Configure and maintain user identities, roles, and access policies
- Implement and manage RBAC and least-privilege principles
- Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes
- Integrate applications with SSO, MFA, and federation systems
- Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance remediation
- Automate identity provisioning using scripting tools
- Monitor IAM system performance and security events
- Collaborate with InfraOps, Security, and DevOps teams
- Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents
- Create documentation and runbooks
