Job Description:
- Provides maintenance support to production equipment and accessories, including but not limited to Die/Chip Sales, TnR and PnP, Die Prep, Die Attach, Wirebond, 3rd Optical Inspection, and other areas within the Assembly operations that may be assigned by immediate superior.
- Collaborates with process engineering and other support groups for the buy-off, qualification, and improvement of process, product, or equipment.
- Manages maintenance costs, determines time standards, and makes improvement recommendations for tooling, equipment and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations and other support groups.
- Reviews machine and team’s performance and implement improvement action plans.
- Machine improvement and provides regular updates of equipment overall performance, issues, and solutions implemented.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Graduate of bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or any equivalent engineering course.
