Job Description:
Translate functional specifications, requirements, and standards into comprehensive test plans
Architect and develop testing strategies for firmware / embedded diagnostic software
Design, develop, and debug tests to verify firmware / embedded diagnostic software and maintain these tests in regression
Developing and supporting our CI/CD automated regression environment
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering or related discipline
2+ years of related work experience in Software/Firmware validation
Good knowledge of Microcontrollers and its peripherals. MIPS or ARM based microcontrollers experience is a plus.
Good knowledge and work experience in Functional Safety and automotive domain (ISO26262 and IEC61508).
Should have experience in software development life cycle and process (ASPICE).
Strong knowledge of C/C++ and Python programming and object-oriented design principles
Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and documentation skills
Should be comfortable working Embedded IDEs, Tool chains and testing tools.
Should possess a process-oriented development and operation mindset.
A strong aptitude for testing and software quality.
Strong interpersonal skills, experience as part of a collaborative development team, and a passion for mentoring those around you.
