CAPACITY MODELING ENGINEER
- Ensure tool capacity is well positioned to meet wafer output requirements at the manufacturing area level
- Ensure accurate capacity model through periodic audits and validation of workstation performance
- Design and/or enhance models as needed to provide the right accuracy or functionality
- Provide correctly and promptly capacity planning visibilities for Manufacturing Team by using static and dynamic models
- Identify opportunities to maximize tool utilization and minimize and cycle time
- Drive areas to close gaps in performance of tools within a workstation through internal benchmarking
- Be able to create representations of complex real-world data structures
- Analyze raw data through statistical data analysis tools
- Make data driven decisions and recommendations to customer groups through decision analysis tools
