We are seeking a talented Test Engineer-Product Development (Data Center) to research, design, and develop test solutions (hardware and software) for cutting-edge Data Center Power solutions. This role involves creating test plans, automated test programs, and hardware to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Test Solutions: Design, develop, and validate test plans, programs, and hardware for next-generation Data Center Power ICs to ensure product functionality and performance.
- Collaborate for Optimization: Work closely with design engineers to integrate Design-for-Test (DfT), Built-in Self-Test (BIST), and other testability features to optimize test time, ensure testability, and improve overall product quality.
- Hardware Design and Development: Apply circuit theory and design principles to create robust, high-performance test hardware for testing Data Center Power ICs.
- Automated Test Program Development: Create and refine automated test programs to streamline testing processes and improve data accuracy.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Analyze test data to identify trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure high product performance and reliability.
- Experimental Verification and Validation: Design and execute experiments to verify IC functionality and validate test methodologies and solutions, ensuring alignment with product specifications.
- Global Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional engineering teams worldwide to deliver critical milestones and drive technical execution during new product development cycles.
- Learn and Contribute: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, and actively participate in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming and circuit design/debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of electronic devices and circuit theory.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training (as required).
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but Not Required):
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Hands-on experience with Teradyne MicroFlex or SPEA test platforms.
