- Work with Planning / Purchasing / Warehouse / Finance / Users to prepare all import & export documents to facilitate on-time shipment declaration.
- Collaborate with external and internal departments to good management over inbound/outbound activities for meeting planning and customer requirements.
- Day-to-day update and maintenance of customs data
- Keep management updated and informed on changes and new implementation of customs regulations.
- Responsible for handbook balance. Ensure proper and timely closing of the handbook.
- Familiar with customs AEO requirements, and can effectively implement them.
- Familiar with Thailand customs regulations, as well as experience in handling BOI
- Oversees and manages carriers & 3PLs
- Check monthly bill with forwarder according to global approval rate card, submit payment application & invoice to Finance in time
- Manage and control daily inbound/outbound operation under Free zone regulation.
- Manage and control transfer part between Free zone to Free zone and Free zone to other privilege.
- Manage and control Free zone, local content, and excise submission.
- FTA Management.
- Implement government reports e.g. Free Zone Semi-annual report, TISI, NBCT.
- Responsible for inventory and arranging audits with Customs Government.
- Participate in customs and government meetings where required, coordinate government visits.
- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and other government requirements
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
